Fiber Drum Rolling Machine

The Fiber Drum Rolling Machine can be used to roll round paper drums and square paper drums. This automatic fiber barrel rolling machine only needs to change the mold, there are two types with automatic lamination and without lamination. There are two kinds of specifications, which are customized according to the actual production requirements.

Fiber Drum Making Machine’s fibre drum reeling machine comprises a paper loading frame, a separating knife frame, a gluing device, a drum rolling device, a paper cutting device, a drum retreating device, a drum receiving device, and so on. The paper shafts are all air-expanded shafts, and the paper frame is automatically lifted and lowered, controlled by PLC and frequency converter, and adjusted by numerical control.

We have four types of rolling machines:

Integral type drum winder: material rack, and machine integrated, easy to operate, small footprint. It is used for customized height paper rolls.

Split type drum winder: The paper frame is movable, with a slitting knife holder, suitable for wide paper, more versatile.

Square Barrel Rolling Machine: The mold is replaced with a rolling machine suitable for making square barrels, which has a wider range of applications.

Laminating machine: The laminating machine adopts advanced laminating technology to ensure high-precision lamination of decorative materials and substrates. The laminating effect is smooth and bubble-free.

3. The mold is automatically opened and closed, barrel body is automatically removed. It is easy to replace the mold. Using a manual forklift can be replaced, no need to replace the air pipe.
4. The cutting tool adopts modular manufacturing, easy to replace, low cost of use. Each cutting knife cushion strip can be cut more than 40,000 times, each costing low.
5. The machine has a simple structure, the veneer device is integrated into the upper part of the machine, and the alignment of the edge of the veneer paper can be adjusted through the slide track. When no veneer is needed, the veneer device can be pushed away to facilitate the cleaning machine. The drum roll mold and the operating table are spacious, and the workers operate the machine without blocking. Manual and automatic mode, easy to operate, low requirement for staff experience.
6. Adjust the specifications, it is easy to replace the mold, and no need to adjust the pressing and other mechanical devices.
7. The rubber roller is made of stainless steel, corrosion resistant, controlled by a frequency converter, even gluing, saving glue, double layer stainless steel glue pool with a heating device can be lifted up and down, glue pool can be pulled out for cleaning.
8. The paper shaft is the gas expansion shaft, the paper rack is automatic lifting. The integral drum coiler adopts mechanical rise and fall, while the split drum coiler adopts pneumatic rise and fall.
9. One-piece drum roll machine, material rack, and machine integrated circuit control. It is easy to operate, has small floor space, and is economical price. This reeling machine is suitable for processing finished paper rolls. Split drum roll machine, the paper holder can be moved with a cutting tool holder.
